Meet the Leaders

Andrew Mossington

President

Andrew Mossington serves as President of BAA and is a junior studying Supply Chain Management with a minor in Information Technology. He has internship experience with Crowe as an ERP Consulting Intern and Cherry Republic as a Logistics & Distribution Intern. On campus, Andrew is involved with Phi Chi Theta, 180 Degrees Consulting, and serves as a ULA for ITM courses. Originally from Macomb, Michigan, he enjoys basketball and looks forward to meeting members at BAA meetings!

Kavin
Chana

Internal Vice President

Kavin Chana serves as Internal Vice President for the Broad Analytics Association. He is a junior at the Eli Broad College of Business, double majoring in Finance and Statistics, and is from Troy, MI. Kavin has internship experience in Strategic Finance at Aptiv and Data Analytics at Delta Dental, and will be joining Capital One as a Data Analyst Intern next summer. Outside of class, he enjoys DJing house music, playing pickleball, and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.

Emily Reynolds

External Vice President

Emily Reynolds is a junior majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Environmental Studies and Sustainability. Originally from Romeo, MI, Emily joined BAA as a sophomore as Vice President of Marketing and now serves as External Vice President. Emily has internship experience at Bond Plywood as a Content and Data Operations Intern and Kimberly-Clark as a Customer Logistics Intern. Outside of academics, she enjoys attending Michigan State basketball games and traveling, having visited four countries this past summer.

Emerey Robinson

VP of Operations

Emerey Robinson is studying Human Resources and Labor Relations with minors in Leadership in Organization and Law, Justice, and Public Policy. She will graduate in December 2026 and is pursuing a master’s degree in HRLR, becoming a “Double Spartan” in May 2028. Originally from Clarkston, MI, Emerey has experience in operations and human resources, including internships with Parker’s Brewery and Restaurant and Tenneco. Outside of academics, she enjoys stand-up comedy and can (semi) operate a unicycle!

Adrian Monter

VP of Finance

Adrian is a junior studying Finance with minors in International Business and Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Rochester Hills, MI. He has experience in strategy, consulting, and finance through internships with TI Automotive, Gheen & Noyes Advisory, Amazon, and Project Destined. He has also served as Head of Development for Limitless Consulting and currently serves as Secretary for MSU Men’s Club Soccer. Adrian has moved 12 times throughout his life and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Ryann Pawlaczyk

VP of Marketing

Ryann Pawlaczyk serves as the Vice President of Marketing and is a junior studying Packaging with a minor in Sales Leadership. She previously interned at Motor City Funding as a Financial Sales Intern in Southfield, Michigan. On campus, Ryann is involved in the Global Sales Leadership Society, Packaging Society, and Phi Chi Theta. Originally from Lake Orion, MI, she enjoys reading new books, hanging out with her friends, and trying to learn new songs on her harmonica!
